Refunds and Returns Policy

At BrandMind, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products tailored specifically for each order. As such, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds under normal circumstances.

Custom Orders

All products sold through our online store are made to order and customized according to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our offerings, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or design selection by the customer
  • Delayed delivery due to courier services

Exceptions – Our Error

We value our customers and strive to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly and to a high standard. In the rare case that an error is made on our part, such as:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • There is a significant error in customization (caused by BrandMind)

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund due to our error, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the issue.
  3. Return the item (if requested) in its original, unused condition.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or send a corrected replacement at no additional cost to you.
